Alright guys

sorry for late visits. I have been busy with my cars

I have now lost about 2-3 KG weight

Now I weight 70.50

Biceps about 16.8" etc etc

I was using Musclepharm Combat for past 1 month and Multivitamins (Optimen and then AST Pro32)

I am now going on 100% Isolate , I have bought NOW ISO whey from bodybuilding.com and I got some Optimum Amino Acids (unflavoured). I am keeping the AST Multivitamins on with it.

Any suggestions ?

bro thoraa dass tan sahi.. musclepharm combat and all these supps u taking.. and what are they for. That way we can aware other people reading the section and improve their knowledge on workout related supplements.

I dont really believe in taking bcaaas or amino acids.. bas in my post workout i add dextroce/glucose as carbs so i double the carbs.  I am pretty much foloowing this formulas.

Post workout diet. (window of opportunity)

Example
Weight = 175 lbs


Weight in grams divided by 2 = 87-88 grams carbs for my protein shake (carbs = dextrose)
protein = 88 divided by 2 = 44-45 grams Protein. u half the carbs so basically if carbs

Water = 1 L
Protein = isolate

IF you are losing weight then i would just increase ur post workout calories. add some fat and its winter season here bro if ur living above the equator. 
If you are in summer season now, pher  i guess its normal to lose weight ie ur body burns fat fastter in summer.
What i do is.. i go on bulk in winter around late september i start by bulk untill march .. and then slowlly lower calories and fat to start my cut.

some take 1.5 x bodyweight in grams protein per day .. others do it 1.0
usually carbs intake is almost always 2x ur bodyweight in grams.. but then against u gota play around with the numbers to test how ur body handles and what improvements u see.

this is not normal protein that you get . It just not the same Dairy whey protein

It has protein from different sources if you read the facts.

The protein itself helped a lot in cutting down the fat and recovery for longer time interval . My chest muscles have changed dramatically

Amino Acids are really important check up on bodybuilding.com

I do know how my body reacts to particular supplement. I tried ZMA Pro by Universal 3 nights and it gave me bad heartburn. Doesn't work that great

Bulking and then cutting down is the best

notice mine has no cholestrol at all but the sodium levels seem to be higher in mine.
And yaar if you notice one thing.. almost all protein powders/ whey or iso.. they already have bcaas in them.. the 2 main that we always look for atleast

leucine and L-glutamine

question was on triceps.. tricpes de wi do parts hunde ek long head and short head. question and answer copy paste kardan.
IMportant thing to note is when u do ur exercises. like bohemia and risky ne kehaa u gota do them slow and precisely.  Sukh bai yaar tu meri pehli post nahi changi taranh parri..  Yaar mahine baad rotate kardo routine bas as long as you are confusing your body with diff types of routiness. then u will always see improevments.

What I meant by confusion ? As Jatt Said above , when you exercise the same plan you made 1-2 months ago , it stops working for your body upto that level where you wanted to even if you increase the number of sets and the weight you lift.

Keep you body confused , change exercises 1-2 months and then go on different schedule. You get to do more exercises for same muscles in that way you get better results.


Jatt, Above protein sounds pretty good. 100% Isolate (97% actually ) how long have you been using it for? Any Dramatic changes after taking it?

lot of god poitns there.. changing reoutine after a month is a must if ur not making any gains..

well u dont really notice a change its just that i look at the calories intake b4 with whey like ON  at the end of the day it all comes down the basic numbers

i think mein keha see yaar, body stores fat in winter more.  Days are short, winter weather bande nu lazy bana dinda.. saadey ethe 4 pm raat hojandi.. and automatically u start gettin sleepy.

Pretty revolutionary ideas there, I'm not sure if they're science-backed, but they sound like they make sense.

Gill Deep made some really nice points and am sure they do effect the body but to the certain extent.

The above statement makes sense if  you keep the diet similar , Diets do change according to whether isn't it

Just work out guys thats important , don't go that hard , you'll just scare people away :)

2nd video i noticed something.. look at the guy on the right side or china on right side. Ohdiyan biceps nahi full rahiyaan matlab.. daddu nahi bann rahie.. ohdi form ch bhot kharabi a.  Body bhot swing kar reha back and forth and u cant even make out hte bicepss formingg fro the side.  Grip also matters to maximize full bicep contraction.

BUt ohda its a cool idea.. basically the rest between sets is around 30-40 s.  Good routine, idea kang bai.

my mate helps me doing it

he asks me to do chin ups by holding the chinup bar in right hand and left hand he puts a towel so basically your gripping that towel on left side and right side you got proper grip

and next set you do other hands

bro my wrist is poppin for a reason.. i do barbell wrist curls and plate pinch. looks like this.. basically u grab pplates by the "palms" of ur fingers, no inward clutchin..

You can go to next level even higher but only using fingers and creating a gap between the plates and the palm of ur hand.

interesting ive seen this... will give it a try on my next arms workout. 

What i do is, this oen exercise the chinup bar hold.. Its where you perform chinup but u hold ur position at the top of ur rep as long as possible.  I do this with my gym partner or friend at the end of our workout we challenge each other's times and we do this for fun. This is really gud ur arms end up shaking real bad at the end.

thats interesting too .

my arms don't shake though, they really get too tight after arms workout. I don't normally do the wrist workouts / Grip workouts.

time for us to expand this.  So far its produced very positive results. The grip and forearms workouts when im done with them.. my arms are stiff as a rod almost no movement at all.. Menu bas shock karniyan paindiyan with hot and cold water.

hot and cold water nal hatha te asar pe sakda hai. dnt do that
try to relax them
it takes few minutes to get back to normal and they will get sore later in the night but thats okay
