PJ fitness - 1 minute press ups

I want everyone to take part on this. I'm sure we can all spare 1 minute of our time. Now go get yourself a timer(or a stopwatch but a timer is more reliable) and set it to 1 minute.

1. Set your timer to 1 minute or time yourself using a stopwatch.
2. Do as many press ups as you can in 1 minute.
3. Post your results in pj.
4. If you're bored and want to do more press ups, you can do so but you gotta time yourself every minute. EXACTLY 1 MINUTE. And then you stop. Nothing more, nothing less.


My results: 41 press ups

Correction: it's PUSH UPS not Press ups...i think

Press ups and push ups are the same thing but the term push ups is an american thing. And i'm a kiwi so we stick to british english.


Enough excuses you guys. Just do it! everyone can spare 1 minute of their time, it's highly unlikely that you can't spare a minute. You got time for pj, you got time to do this. Just go as fast as you can or as slow as you want but go for a full minute.

There's a picture there ain't it? We do it the right way. Nose? Hahah omg nah not necessary, up to you, but the chest has to touch the ground. That's the proper way. And i'm not sure why your back wouldn't be straight. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart.

if you touch the chest to the ground thats differnt i guess
i wouldnt be able to do it cuz my triceps start hurting at tht point. different for different people plus i keep my feet abt 3 ft above ground

Different strokes for different folks. Just go as far down as you possibly can.
