to start with let me post my pictures before and after

Back and Biceps in 2010 and 2012

If you see there is a lot of change in the body , body builders can see this difference

1 Shoulders have grown bigger

2 bicep size increased

3 neck muscles/ Shrugs

4 Back has grown big
