I try not to hold a grudge, but sometimes it just stays in the back of your head...even after everything fine with them.

well i dont hold grudges because
they make u unhappy while the other person may not even have an idea that ur pist off

and mamu holding grudges is a sign that watever it was that happened ur still holding on to it ....
u need to forget those people and move on
because there not even worth ur grudges
espcially cuz they hurt u in one way or another
and forgot to even say sorry, makeup with u, or confront the situation

It may take sometime for me to get over it but eventually i do forgive. Its not worth holding such negative feelings, there's better things to do.

I don't hold grudges... just don't forget. Its in some peoples nature to harm others... and they can't help it. I just don't put myself in a situation where that person can effect me.

not really, it actually depends on how close the relationship is ...but in most cases.. usually, i can forgive easily but its hard to forget and forgive :-|
