Interesting thread but haven't got any supporting answer from anyone

Well the answer depends on the person. You cannot just judge all women the same. Just s you cannot judge any one group of people the same.

The ability to be a 'good' something depends on the individual and their environment. I've seen lots of women work an parent immaculately (such as my mommy). On the other hand I've seen lots of women just be straight lousy mothers. It all depends on that individual's supporting environment, their status (single working mother or one with a joint family with support).

I'd have to rate every woman separately.

BUT THERE ARE SOME SINGLE WORKING WOMEN IN INDIAN FAMILIES ALSO......I KNOW FEW . BUT HERE ITS DOES NOT MATTER IF SHE IS SINGLE MOTHER OR NOT . POINT IS BETWEEN HER WORK SCHEDULE AND HER BABY. HOW SHE MANAGES BOTH PROPERLY....SO I SAY IF SHE KNOW HER DUTIES THEN SHE CAN BE A GOOD MOTHER .
