Greentings to all !!

Although writing it out of the blues, but just had this wierd sensation about few months back, about experiencing wierd feelings after consumption of alcohol.

I'm not a regular drinker, may be once or twice a month or a maximum thrice, but rarely.

Now when I drink, I don't keep it upto 1 or 2 pegs.
About 4 pegs, which isn't too much, based on my capacity to drink.
I can easily go upto 10 pegs without a problem.

But since last 6-7 months I don't go beyond 4.I try keeping it till 3.

Even after cutting it down (although I'm not addicted to drinking, at times I drink at a gap of 2-3 months also), I feel strange things.

What I want to share is, from last few months I noticed that after I consume alcohol, my luck goes bad instantly.
Anything good to happen turns the opposite.
People's reactions towards me change at times, but not always.
My mind gets confused with mixed emotions like regret, depression, past memories, past sorrows and just do not find anything good around.
Start listening to sad songs, slow music and don't feel like working at all

My concentration goes down the drain, efficiency at work gets affected, sleep gets interrupted a lot, bad and horrifying dreams at times, negative thoughts, the sporty spirit in me disappears and what not.

All these are definitely not signs of an hangover, cuz these things keep chasing me for the next whole week or more than that.
Hangovers don't last longer than the first couple of hours next morning.

I believe alcohol messes up my natural aura.
One thing I feel is that, alcohol buri rooha da kam hunda.
Buri rooha thonnu daru peeyaundiya baad ch thoddi oorja nu vigaad dendi.
Oorja da matlab, your natural inner energy, aura.

Does anybody else experience these things ?
It's been recent since I started to feel these things, or may it was already there before but I started to take a notice of such things now.

I definitely don't feel myself this way, but wanted to know if others have felt the same or not.
Please share your views on this.

May be I should just stay away from alcohol from now on, it doesn't suit me anymore.

Also one more thing I forgot to add is that, about couple of months back, when I left home, back then I just use to repel from alcohol.

I said to myself, whatever it is, I'm never gonna touch it again cuz my souls denying it.Meri rooh jida daru nu vekh ke mainu dhutkaar rahi hove, oda di feeling hundi c.

But after leaving home for work, main phir friends naal maarhi moti peeni shuru karti aa.
