Why i am not able to upload and download any song??

The following message comes when i  click on upload/download

 An Error Has Occurred!
 You are not allowed to add a download.
 plz solve it out...

same problem with me, i complaint about this already an admin says download is disable,

one qus,, if its disable how other user upload the songs, plz clearfy this an plz fix it

yea some other users who have 20-30 posts, are able to upload or download song,, then y can't we????

veer only pj de gabru/mutiyaar ya baki de spl. users hi song upload kr skde ne

GS 22 ne eh rights haje nhi ditte normal users pehla c but hun vapis le laye ne so w8 for untill eh faclility normal users nu vapis ditti jandi aa

ok 22, mai PJ sarpanch nu keha c ik din , but oh kehnde eho jehi koi gal nhi nhi, everyone on PJ has right to download and upload songs, no position like PJ gabru or muteyyar is needed to upload/download song.

veer the screen shot u posted only depicts one thing that u are not allowed to add that only means u dnt have the rights
