On PJ you can make a new ID after a ban, only if you want to justify that you were banned illegibly or you want to confess.
The old report on IceColdRider that you dug up was having a similar case, where I made a new ID to justify an unfair ban on me, to which later Grenade Singh replied.And why would have he not replied you RETARDO ?? Think it over.That is a part of his job !!

Reference is being made to your last reply wherein you said you personally run an apology system, fine, I have got NO issues. But then why are there a set of rules? Why do users have to adhere to them? If personal systems are running PJ, why do we even have to keep rules? Every sub admin can start their own personal thing and we shall adhere to them. Don’t think I am instigating users against you, I have always observed how they treat you and I felt really bad when they remonstrated your actions, pointed out fingers at you, called you useless, and all that.
