I've just read whole thing you wrote and I absolutely understand where you are coming from. Swearing or cursing shouldn't be the only reason to get you banned. There are lots of other things happening on daily basis that are ignored. People get onto your nerves and they even call you names and bully you or pass their judgement which can be insulting. I've seen it myself too. Pehla ithe koi gala nahi kad da si sab pyar nal rehnde se kudia nu v koi wrong ni bolda si. hun ta shaream bhen di ma di eff word and crap use kiti jandi ah.

deepi kaur ji, tusi negatives te bas naa focus kareya karo always.. pher sudhaar nahi kade disde.  Jehre positives hunde ohda wi khayal rakheya karo.
Example, jado tusi complaint kitti si about regular pj da user, and purana. How oh tuhade naal bateemizi kar reha si. oh ya screenshot wi post kita si.
Oh munda right away ban hogya si, and ohde saarey double accoutns banned ne.  atleast munde ne 5-6 ids banaye honey.   And hes on every mod di hitlist.

it seems you are contradicting ur own statements at first saying, "swearing shouldnt be only reason" pher you ended your statement with no actions being taken on swearing.
