Is there a way to turn off the new message pop-up?

Modify profile > Personal message >  thn u see these options

Display personal messages:  All at once One at a time As a conversation Show most recent personal messages at top.

Receive personal messages from:  All members All members, except those on my ignore list Buddies and Administrators only Administrators only Notify by email every time you receive a personal message:  Never Always From Buddies

Only Show a popup when I receive new messages. 
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default.   Remove the inbox label when applying another label

You should probably try reading the entire topic before commenting, so, you don't sound so ignorant. Apparently, it can be turned off as soulmate explained earlier.
