- I just want to make a general comment, and I think its important as everyone is pushing the Chat mods too much these days. I think a Chat mod has a way more work load as compared to other mods (global mod or local Mod). First he/she is making sure the chat is clean (reading all the Junk) for hours then if he ban someone he have to answer to all the complaints from everyone, so I believe that everyone should respect the decision of a Chat mod (which is not happening both from the User side and PJ Team Side).

I see a lot of disrespect (or harsh words, will be a better word) is shown by users/Mods/admin/Sub-admins for some decisions that a Chat mod make but you have to consider that sometimes the mod have to follow their insitinct, that exactly what happened here (by Mithi) and not to forget the amount of work load Admins/Sub-admin are putting on a young Mods.

Now the whole point of this talk is that all the Chat Mod should work as a team rather than disrespecting each other decisions as its not getting us anywhere.

Now having said that, I have also seen that the Chat mod are lossing there calm to during the chat
- So a general comment for the mod is that dont panic when the envoirnment is getting out of control.
- And also when an admin/sub admin ask you to do resolve the issue by talking it out in the chat. They are not judging your ability, the whole purpose is to reduce the panic in the forum that will be caused by your ban
- So please Stay calm and work as a team as we trust you guys that is the reason you are given an extra power to manage the Chat.
