       Update Internet Explorer ([url]http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/default.aspx[/url])
       Update Google Chrome  ([url]http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95414[/url])

If this Still Don't help, Please Explain what you get when you click the Chat link or just simple take a Screen Shot (Prnt Scrn > Paste in Paint)

P.S. - If you Reply just saying "Chat Nai Chalde" we can't do much on that as we dont know what is wrong with chat. As one can't never find a solution to an unknown problem

most likely 2 accounts use ho rahe ne to enter chatroom and browser is recognizin that info.

or

duji situation ho sakdi a, when u change password odo aha panga hunda.. cache clear karke and ek hor setting hegi in browser jehri automatically saves passwordss.. You need to disable that also under <OPTIONS> or <TOOLS>
