Sorry, I had been busy with some development work. And then reading this topic took 2 hours and now this post.

All have made 3 points, I'll reply to both of those points in regard to Powerlifter's complaint case.

1. Sub admins don't get banned they're special.
Everybody gets at least 1-2 warnings before kick/ban. I think simarii remembers that at first offense we only give a warning.

2. Jina marzi gand paa layo, muafi mangan te tuhanu baksheya jayuga.
This is true. On first/second offense especially, your mistakes will be forgiven. Galti harek kolo hundi hai, je tusi pyar naal muafi mangoge tan mein maaf kardayunga. Je tuhanu mere utte nahi vishvas, tan ehda karo: If you have no previous offense, you can swear at me (i.e. menu gaalan kadd layo), I will forgive/unban you if you just say sorry and accept your apology (just like powerlifter wrote a couple of words explaining himself). Je nahi vishvas, te karke dekhlayo.

3. Powerlifter deserves to get banned.
No, this is his first offense. I never ever ban anyone on first offense. It is always a warning on first offense. I can't create a special rule for sub-admins. Some people say Powerlifter has done this before, well I did not know about it. For every offense, if you could just lodge a report, it would be really good. Otherwise, send me a pm with the proof. I can't act on all these accusations right now, because nobody has proof, except the simarii, whose complaint has already been resolved in my view.

PS:
a. kookdookooooooooooooooooo is not powerlifter's id. I know the person whose id it is.
b. Gurpinder Mand, please never do what you did in this topic again.

I always agree to Jhanda's opinion because he doesn't take sides and his replies are very straight forward and to the point unlike others.
