Just something off topic - What you wanna see PJ in like 3-5 years. I mean what we working towards?

Happiness is cared less these days- decisions are imposed and people are trying to adjust to them..if nothing start quiting. - Well give it a thought and you will see the truth in the statement. Better start caring about it other wise i see a trend coming of people leaving there position.

Mein jo keeta oh PJ di bhalai layi keeta, par rab janda ke jo mein keeta oh kinne lokan nu galt lagga te shayad kise nu sahi. Je tuhanu sareya nu lagda ke mein PJ de fainsle lehn wich asamrath han, tan menu ik poll banake das devo, mein ap hi resign kar dina (I'll help with background tasks, but no decisions from me). Fer tusi jisnu vi admin banona chahunde ho, osnu hi bana devange.

Rab da bhana mananey da matlab eh nahi ke asin hath te hath dhar ke bethe rahiye te sochiye ke rab hi kuch karega (i.e. divine intervention). Kirat karni (to do work) sanu Guru Nanak dev ji da hukam hai, to optimize the site for cleaner and efficient database is my work. I do it because this way pj/google search will work efficiently. Depends on if the team needs me and I feel that I may be able to contribute something.
You were demoted because you stopped coming to PJ, which is standard protocol. And we usually promote any ex-staff when they want to join back.
