mainu lagda tu 15 sec vich same topic vich duji post karn ware sochia hona tahi teri topic vich posting nai gyi its ok sade naal vi kade kade idda ho janda.. so tension not.. thura time ruk ke try karo..

This is not gonna help - PJ is in mood of firing Mods or something that they doing automated stuff? - Automated means lesser resources required as far as humans goes :hehe:
- Get the mods to work rather than automatic.
- Also lack of Planning - Now no user can BUMP an old (good) topic. - fail ... wasted time without consulting the other staff members and you expect them (staff members) to consult back before promotions - Good Luck!! ... Better start leading by an example rather expecting them(staff) being geniuses - talk with staff before doing something dramatic....
