ਗੁੱਸੇ-ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ,
ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਗਾਲ ਬਣ ਜਾਏ..
ਗੱਲਾਂ-ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ,
ਗੱਲ ਵਧਾਈ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਗਾਲ-ਭੈਣ ਦੀ ਸੀਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਰੇ ਛੱਲ੍ਹੀ,
ਤੇ ਗਾਲ-ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣੀ-ਸੁਣਾਈਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਮਿੱਠਾ ਬੋਲੇ ਤੇ ਜੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਮੋਮ ਹੋਜੇ,
ਓਸ ਮੋਮ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਦਿਖਾਈਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਰੁੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਪਿਆਰ ਬੁਝਾਵੇ,
ਤੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਪਾਣੀ..
ਜੇ ਗੱਲ ਵਿਗੜ ਗਈ,
ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਸੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣੀਂ..||

ਵਿਗੜੀ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਲੋਕ ਤਮਾਸ਼ਾ,
ਦੇਖਣ ਝੀਥਾਂ ਥਾਣੀ..
ਜੇ ਗੱਲ ਵਿਗੜ ਗਈ,
ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਸੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣੀਂ..||

ਪਿਆਰ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਵਰਗੀ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਪਿਓ ਵਰਗਾ ਸਿਰ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਤੇ ਮਾਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਕੋਈ ਪੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਘੀ-ਸ਼ੱਕਰ ਜਿਹਾ ਨਾਤਾ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਤੇ ਇੱਟ-ਕੁੱਤੇ ਜਿਹਾ ਵੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਰਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਏਕਾ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਤੇ ਖਿੱਲਰ੍ਹ ਗਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਖੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ..
ਖਿੱਲਰ੍ਹ ਗਈ ਗੱਲ ਤੂੜੀ ਵਰਗੀ,
ਵਾ ਲੱਗਿਆਂ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਣੀ..
ਜੇ ਗੱਲ ਵਿਗੜ ਗਈ,
ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਸੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣੀਂ..||
