Girls you need to avoid products that have parabens and sulfates for your hair...same thing with body lotions and face creams, avoid ingredients that have parabens...mineral oils....petrolum... all these go through your pores and mix in with your blood stream! They're very harmful!

But I guess, unless tusi herbal type use karo, sulphates harek cheez vich ne :smh:
Mai ik vaar simple shampoo try kita si with minimum chemicals odhe vich vi si oh sodium laureth sulphate :cry:

Omfgoosh!!!! I use tresemmè and it does contains sulphates ..i need to quit using it :smh: ta hi mere waalan da sat ka naash hogya

This is the lotion i use for my face and body! I get mine from Marshalls but you can order it online from anywhere even amazon.

Its called Hemps in vanilla plum ! You can see the pic below! :ok:
